Hoteles FAMILIARES UNIDOS, S.L. uses a server based on standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security technology. All information you transmit to us travels encrypted across the network.
Furthermore, your credit card details are not stored in any database; they go directly to the Bank’s POS (Point of Sale Terminal).

In both cases, when paying by VISA or MASTERCARD, the following details will always be requested: the card number, the expiry date, and a Validation Code corresponding to the last 3 digits printed in italics on the reverse of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thereby offering additional guarantees regarding transaction security.
Important: Credit card fraud is a criminal offence, and Hoteles Familiares Unidos will take legal action against anyone who carries out a fraudulent transaction at our hotel.

- NON-REFUNDABLE — Cancellation policy: Upon receiving the booking, the hotel will charge the full amount to your card. No refund is available in the event of cancellation, early departure or no-show (the booking would only be held for the first night). If payment is declined, the hotel will cancel your booking. - SEMI-FLEXIBLE 7 D — Cancellation policy: You may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After that point, if you cancel, the full amount of the booking will be charged to your card. The same applies in the event of early departure or no-show (the booking is only held for the first night). Payment method: Payment at the establishment. Credit card as booking guarantee only.
